It's cloud coffee timeeeee!!!!!

There is nothing better than spending an afternoon on FaceTime with ya big sis trying out this craze that's been floating around online.
This fun drink is basically an iced coffee with a strong, sweet coffee whip on top.

I have used Holly Jade's recipe 'Biscoff Cloud Coffee' from her blog called @TheLittleBlogOfVegan and I'll leave her website and Instagram page below, because she makes the most artistic and aesthetic bakes to look at!

Her recipe makes for two and as you can see from the picture above, I drizzled on some Lotus Biscoff Spread that I just popped in the microwave for a few seconds, as I didn't have any of the biscuits in my cupboard and it tasted insane!

When my sister was making hers, she found it better mixing in the cloud, creamy top into the milky section, as the cloud part is quite sweet. However, I was fine without mixing it in because I have a huge sweet tooth, which I've been honestly trying to keep under control for sooooo long! I've got better but omg it's a struggle (lol)!

Homemade Elderflower Cordial

Spring is slowly heading into summer in the UK at the mo, but as I am writing it is currently pouring down with rain and is very cold - classic. To be fair though it has been hot and sunny in the last few weeks, if you count 25℃ as hot, haha only in England. Anyway, I thought I'd share with you on how to make some homemade elderflower cordial, because it's that time of year and we actually have elderflower growing in our garden, which is such a revelation because we are not natural green-fingered people at home.
