Quick Homemade Tomato Soup
It's that time of year for some warming soup. Below is a super quick recipe on how to make my homemade tomato soup. You could whip this up in the evening and put it in the fridge for the next day or make irt in the morning ready for the day ahead.
Ingredients:
- 1 Tin of Chopped Tomatos
- 1 Roasted Red Pepper from a Jar
- 1tsp Bouillon Powder
- 1tsp Mixed Herbs
- 6-7 Basil Leaves
- 1tsp Turmeric
- Salt and Pepper
Put all of the ingredients into a blender and wizz up for 1 minute. I personally use the Ninja blender, as it blends everything so smoothly. Once all the ingredients are blended put it in a saucepan or microwave and heat it up.
Serve up with bread and butter. I recommend focaccia, yum, yum!
