  Let's Get Crafty! Hey Everyone ♡ Today I thought I'd post about what I have been getting up to recently in my spare time, which is getting crafty and delving into my artistic skills! I have just finished re-designing my room and my god did it need doing!  I really wanted a gallery wall as the main feature in my room and I came across a company called 'The House Outfit'. They have so many prints with an array of different colour schemes, patterns, quotes, and photography. I bought four prints from there, as you can see from the second video below, and I wanted so many more but you know student life - money etc. So I thought why not recreate some and create my own. As well as looking to 'The House Outfit' for inspo, I also looked on Pinterest and the Internet. I love how they turned out and they fit and compliment my room perfectly. Make Your Own Mask

We all know 2020 hasn't been the year that anyone was expecting, but here it is and the new norm is wearing a mask when we're out and about. In the UK it is becoming mandatory to wear a mask by July 24th. So if you want to learn how to make a mask, then I've adapted and made a simple tutorial below that you can follow. This is great for inexperienced sewers, trust me I know, lol. I hope you find this useful and let's hope that 2021 will a time where we never have to wear a mask ever again!   What you will need:   *Two 10" by 6" pieces of cotton fabric *Tape measure *Thread (Any colour is fine, you may want to match it to your chosen fabric) *Pins *Fabric or zig zag scissors *Needle *Sewing Machine (You can do it by hand, but it will take longer) *Unpicker *Embroidery scissors *5 Safety Pins *1/8" wide Elastic Instructions: Step 1:  Grab your fabric, tape measure and scale it to size.
